We don’t allow pets in our premises because of  the safety and hygiene of coworkers.

Conference / Meeting Rooms are accessible to all subscribers. However, the access is chargeable on hourly basis unless you are a monthly subscriber. Please refer to the plans and pricing section to know about the pricing on hourly basis.

A monthly subscriber gets 3 hours of meeting room access free in a month for each user. 
Example: If you subscribe to a private cabin for 3 users you will get 3 hours of access free in a month per user ie. 9 hours in a month.
If you ever run out, additional meeting room hours are also available for purchase on an hourly/half day/ full day basis. However, prior booking is required.

Our operating hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm IST , Monday to Saturday &  expressly exclude any Sundays & public holidays gazetted by the Government of India.

Your subscription at COO Coworking includes the office infrastructure you need and the amenities you want for running your business:

A one-time day pass purchase can be a good option for some individuals who don’t want to commit to a monthly membership. Even if you are using a day pass, you can book a conference or meeting room , at an hourly rate, to meet with your current or potential clients or host a meeting with your coworkers. Step 1 : Visit the plans and pricing section of this page and choose the subscription plan you would like to opt for. 
Step 2 : On each subscription plan, we have posted a booking and payment link. Click on that link, enter your details & make payment. Woah! You are a COO Coworking subscriber 
Step 3 : On the first day of the subscription, carry a pen, your KYC documents , a writing pad  & laptop. Fire up your laptop, and get to work!

  • For individuals, we require one identity proof – Adhaar Card/ Pan Card/ Passport/ Driving licence.
  • For companies, we require incorporation certificate, GST certificate ( if applicable), pan card of the company.
    Security of the space is of utmost importance to us & we reserve the right to deny entry if proper KYC is not provided. These documents are to be submitted to the space manager at the time of signing the subscription agreement, on the first day of the subscription

We reserve the right to reject a  subscription, if proper KYC and documentation are not provided by the subscriber. Safety of the space and subscribers are of utmost importance to us.

  • Day Pass Subscribers don’t have to pay any security deposit. 
  • Meeting/ Conference Room Subscriber have to pay a security deposit of Rs.1000/- 
  • Monthly Subscribers have to pay a security deposit equivalent to subscription fee for one month.

Security Deposit  is refunded back to you at the end of your subscription agreement or whenever you terminate the subscription.

Yes you can still subscribe to the place. But you have to deposit the subscription fees by the 20th of every month. If payment is not received by the 20th of every month, space access is blocked by the 21st of that month.

Policy for termination of subscription is applicable only on monthly subscribers. All monthly subscribers have to submit a 30 days notice for termination of subscription. In case you fail to provide a 30 days notice, we reserve the right to forfeit the security deposit and block your access to the space. That’s all there is to it. Fair and transparent.

Yes absolutely. For customised subscription, please visit the space and the space manager will assist you. The space manager curates a special quote for you depending on the duration of your subscription and the number of users.

If you are confused about whether coworking is ideal for you and its services meet your expectations, you don’t have to worry. We offer a trial period of one day depending on availability. Payment Policy

Payment once made is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-encashable.

Paytm, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, NEFT/RTGS. We don’t accept cheques or cash.


We raise tax invoices on the 24th of the month prior to the billing period month. This invoice is payable by 1st of the billing period month. 24% of the monthly rental will be charged as a penalty if the Client fails to pay the monthly dues by the 5th day of each English Calendar month. Further by the 10th day of the month , if the Client fails to pay the subscription fee along with a 24% penalty fee , the Service Provider reserves the right to withhold the Services, including barring Client’s entry to the Premises and the security deposit will be forfeited

Business Support Services

Besides providing serviced office space, we also provide a host of add on services to all our subscribers. These add on services are charged as per selection and opting for these services is optional to our subscribers.

  1. Personal Secretarial Services :  These services include attending your visitors, ordering food/flowers, arranging travel, transport and accommodation, organising your meetings and appointments.  Starting from Rs.1500/- per month 
  2. Mail Handling :  Clients can receive and send courier from and at the premises by paying the monthly service retainer fee, which renews automatically every month unless terminated by the clients.  Starting from Rs.1500/- per month 
  3. Storage : We allow clients to store their products in a storage room and valuables in a locker. Starting from Rs.1000/- per month
  4. Recruitment : We arrange interviews for the client at the space- this includes creating job description, application form, and calling the candidates. Starting from Rs.1500/- per vacancy. 
  5. Attendance Management : Remote / Multinational companies who have their staff seated in our space and want to monitor their staff, we provide attendance of their staff and time in & time out. Starting from Rs.500/- month 
  6. IT support : We have inhouse IT support executive that will help you troubleshoot any hardware and software problems you are facing. Starting from Rs.1000/- per month. 
  7. Service Gig : Over years of working with different companies and professionals we have fostered long term associations         and professional relationships. We also have partnerships and alliances with several companies and professionals outside the community network as well. If you are looking for any third party vendor for digital marketing, graphic designing, SEO export, website designing, UI/UX Designer etc. we help you find the right vendor at your price and conditions.
